Thorta Pithy in Penthil

Okay, normally I don't do angsty art. But believe it or not, I am a teenager, therefore I have hormonal imbalances just like everyone else on this planet and I fight the everything-sucks impulse more often then you might believe. So forgive me this once; I promise I'll put up normal happy stuff soon.

Was going to put this in Portraits, but then it told me it had to use a reference, and I did this all by eyeball. Weirdly enough, I started this the way I did art in the third grade: eyes first, spiral outward. I rarely do that anymore; it leaves too much room for proportional error. But this came out surprisingly well.

Anyway, this is one of my characters; if you've scoured my gallery, you've probably found a couple more of him. He's rather unrefined and not too popular. One of my friends, after reading my story, said I should kill him off. Which is a pity, because for some paradoxical reason, he's one of my favorites. Well, he's less annoying in the future. He's got a couple sexual and emotional problems and is almost always irate, but I seem to have gone on a tangent of drawing him in the rare moments when he's not acting his normal tough self.

Sorry, must not ramble. I. Must. Not. Ramble. I was thinking of doing this in ink. What do you think? Do in ink or keep in pencil? Please tell me your opinion on that, because I was going to color Rap City before there was an outcry of 'No!'
